EPCS Sammy Sign up Form

Several states mandate that all providers who send scheduled drugs do so electronically (along with all other prescriptions).

To use EPCS in Sammy please follow the below instructions:

  1. To get started, complete this form so we can get you set up to send EPCS through your Sammy system with NewCrop.
  2. After we receive your form and payment, we will configure your ERX account accordingly and schedule a training session to help you set up each provider properly.
