Follow the steps below to send a speedy backup to our support department. Sammy knows what items to send for troubleshooting purposes. Our staff will only request you to send a backup when it is necessary for us to have your data to troubleshoot. We ensure you that your data is kept safe and secure on our servers.
- Make sure everyone else (but you) is logged out of Sammy
- Click on 'Daily Do's' from the main patient screen
- Click 'Backup Options'
- Select the last option in the list to send your data only via speedy internet
- After you click on the speedy option, you will see a green process button on the bottom right. Click on it.
- Enter the password provided by your support contact, who will provide you with the backup password for both today and tomorrow. (The password changes daily at midnight)
- Click ok!
Sammy will tell you when the backup has been uploaded to support and is complete. You may then return to Sammy.
