To exclude a doctor from the appointment calendar you will need to click on Calendar Options, then Calendar Setup and then Exclude Doctor from Calendar

Once you are in the Exclude Doctor screen, click on the doctor you would like to exclude from having a calendar and click the green button that says "Change Settings to EXCLUDE This Dr" ****

If you would like to add this doctor back click the green button that says "Change Setting to INCLUDE This Doctor"

***Note - you cannot do this if you have existing appointments made for the Doctor that you are trying to exclude
