X Appointment Reminder Service Interruption
There was an incident early Sunday morning, May 2, 2021, that caused the MX Appointment Reminder server to go offline. This service interruption may have prevented some reminders to be sent to your patients for Monday and for some Tuesday appointments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The incident was resolved on the morning of Monday, May 3, 2021.
Access to SammyCloud Servers
On Friday, April 30, 2021, some clients may have experienced intermittent connectivity issues. We believe this may have been caused by a routing issue to one of the data centers hosting SammyCloud servers impacting a subset of clients using Optimum. This issue was resolved over the weekend.
A Message from CMS - April 30, 2021
This information has been communicated to us by a vendor: CMS
Coordination of Benefits: Parts A & B Crossover Claims Issue
Due to an April 8-15 systems issue, Medicare didn’t send Part A and Part B (including Durable Medical Equipment (DME)) crossover claims to some supplemental payers. We corrected this issue on April 16; however, it impacts claims finalized through approximately:
- April 25 (electronic claims)
- May 11 (paper claims)
If this issue affected your patients’ supplemental payer, bill them using your normal procedures (if Medicare claims weren’t crossed over).
