Please follow the steps below, beginning on the main screen of Sammy, to process the Z Reserved XXX Update:

• Click on Updating
• Dial/Connect for an Update
• If a message appears reminding others to update, Click OK 
• On the left side, single-click on the yellow button for Show Special Z Number Updates
• Scroll down and double-click on the  Z Reserved XXX update, they are in numerical order, and this will move it to the right side 
• Click Connect
• Click OK
• Click Process Files Received
• Click Close
• Click Continue and then log back into Sammy
