Access the procedure code tracking library from the libraries menu option on the main screen of Sammy.

Enter the CPT codes that have “watch” days on this screen. Warnings will be displayed on the front of the Patient Chart, Appointment Calendar and Routing slips showing how many days are remaining until the # of watch days is reached.

Click “Make Changes” on this screen to update the information. Type the code and # of watch days, then click “Save Changes & Close”.
