The CEDI Gateway will be brought down today, February 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. ET until no later than 11:59 p.m. ET for maintenance. During this time, CEDI Trading Partners and CEDI Claims Portal users will be unable to connect and login.

The CEDI Gateway will reopen as soon as the maintenance is completed.

A Message from Change Healthcare - January 29, 2021

Change Healthcare identified an interruption in normal Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) processing and delivery. This impacts some ERA expected from various payers for processing at Change Healthcare of Jan. 22, 2021 - present. It results in delivery delays for the impacted ERA because the files from the payer were not received/processed.

Status: Efforts to resolve this issue continue. It is currently open and in progress.

Action Taken by Change Healthcare: Change Healthcare is continuing efforts to resolve this issue and updates concerning client impact will be provided at least every 2 days.
